Can I select what orders or clients are synced over?

A: Absolutely. If you choose to sync manually using MyWorks Sync, you can easily push over the data you choose with just one click. Our sync status indicator allows you to instantly see what data has been synced over.

What currencies do you support?

A: The sync supports all currencies and as many as you choose to use in your store.

Can I sync multiple stores to one QuickBooks Online account?

A: Yes, you can sync as many stores as you’d like to the same QuickBooks Online account. You will just need a license for each store.

I don’t want to sync my data in real-time. Can I do it manually?

A: Absolutely. Our sync has simple settings that allow you to turn real-time sync on or off, as well as turn real-time sync on or off for particular data types.

What version of WooCommerce does your sync support?

A: It supports every version from V2.2 and above.

Do you have a free trial?

A: We sure do. We offer a 14-day free trial for you to try our real-time automatic sync capabilities without making any commitment! You won’t even have to enter a payment method nor make any billing agreements.

Will an order be synced as soon as it’s placed?

A: Yes it will! The sync syncs in real-time – so as soon as anything happens in WooCommerce, it is automatically synced right over to QuickBooks.

Can I sync data from QuickBooks Online into WooCommerce?

A: Absolutely! MyWorks can sync products, inventory levels, pricing, and payments from QuickBooks to WooCommerce! We can also show invoices from QuickBooks Online inside the WooCommerce customer's account.

Is there a way to know what data has been synced?

A: There is! Just check the sync status indicator next to each type of data in our sync, and you’ll be able to see if it’s been synced or not!

Does the WooCommerce Sync for QuickBooks Online support class variation?

A: Yes it does.

Will products created in WooCommerce show up with their SKU and inventory synced to QBO?

A: Yes, they sure will, and when you create a product in Woocommerce, it will real-time sync to QuickBooks Online. Then if you edit the product or its inventory in QuickBooks Online – it will real-time sync back to WooComerce and Vice Versa.

Sometimes I receive payments in cash or in person. How can I handle that?

A: You can easily mark an invoice as paid either in WooCommerce or QuickBooks and it will sync over

I don’t want to sync all of my past data over to QuickBooks, do I have to?

A: Not at all! You can choose what past orders you want to sync; Either one by one, set a time period, or order history from when to sync.

Can I let my customers view/pay their QuickBooks Online Invoices from inside their WooCommerce account?

A: You sure can! We include a front-facing account tab called "Invoices" that can be enabled or disabled within our settings. This would allow a WooCommerce customer to visit this tab and see a list of all the invoices in their QuickBooks customer account - and click a button to pay them through QuickBooks (if online payment is enabled in QuickBooks).
 

If I have some orders already entered into QuickBooks will they be duplicated?

A: Nope, the sync will find them – it never duplicates.
