go.stockroom.app is Stockroom's companion web app - the same purchase orders, receiving and inventory, outside the Shopify admin, and the place where all of your stores come together. Sign in with the email you use in your store's admin; stores where you're recently active staff appear automatically.
All your stores, one view
With two or more stores linked, go. opens on All stores: a card per store with its open purchase orders, units incoming and low-stock count, plus a combined "Needs attention" feed. Every store has its own color, so rows are easy to attribute at a glance.
The Purchase orders tab merges every store's orders into one list. Filter by store, status, supplier or payment state, search across all of them at once, and click any row to open it inside its store. Totals are reported per currency - they're never blended.
The Inventory tab matches products across stores by SKU: one row per SKU with each store's available count and a combined total. Filter to items in multiple stores, or to what's out of stock everywhere.
Connect another store
Open the store switcher in the sidebar and choose Connect store. Shopify stores connect by installing the Stockroom app from the App Store - open it once and the store links to your account automatically. WooCommerce stores connect with just your store URL: you approve read and write access on your own wp-admin screen, with no plugin to install.

Settings, two levels
Store settings (inside each store) holds that store's connection details, its display name, your cost-and-price update defaults - and the store's full configuration: PO numbering, tax rates and defaults, PDF and supplier email settings, reorder defaults and automation, costing method, locations, and the generated-barcode format. These are the same settings as the Stockroom app inside the Shopify admin - change them in either place. On Shopify stores you can also resync the product catalog and rebuild sales history from the Data and Inventory & COGS tabs. The display name only changes how the store appears in go. - it's never sent back to Shopify or WooCommerce.
Org settings (on the All stores level) manages your connections and your team - everything that spans stores.
Good to know
With a single store linked there's no All stores level - go. opens straight into your store.
The All stores view is for looking and deciding - creating, sending and receiving still happen inside each store, and the combined lists take you straight there.
Nothing changes in the Stockroom app inside your Shopify admin - go. is a second door to the same data.
