MyWorks supports syncing product pricing either/both directions between Shopify and QuickBooks Online.

This can be quite helpful if you frequently change product prices in one platform or the other - and/or want your Shopify and QuickBooks Online product prices to match.

As a reminder; the product or variation must be mapped in MyWorks Sync > Map before we'll sync pricing for it.

Determining which direction to sync pricing

Before enabling pricing; first determine which platform should be the “master” for pricing.

For example, if your Shopify products have the correctly price currently, and you normally make changes to pricing in Shopify, not QuickBooks; you should enable the Pricing switch in the Shopify > QuickBooks Online section.  This would update QuickBooks products with your current Shopify pricing; and keep pricing in sync when any changes happen to prices in Shopify in the future.

Enabling syncing pricing

Once you've determined which direction you'd like prices to sync; you can visit MyWorks Sync  > Settings > Automatic Sync to easily enable this.
