Our push pages for MyWorks Sync allow you to manually push data from WooCommerce into QuickBooks Online. Normal use for these pages is to push over historical data that existed before you started using our sync, or to re-push over data that encountered an error when syncing to QuickBooks Online.

Customers

In this tab, you can select and push customers to QuickBooks Online. Choose the Filter option to search for a specific customer, and use the dropdown on the top right to display 20 or more entries per page.

We will automatically sync customers into QuickBooks as orders are pushed or synced, so there's generally no need to manually push customers.

Once you've selected the customers you wish to push over, scroll to the top and click Push Selected Customers. A status window will pop up where you can track the push progress. If you encounter any errors, be sure to check the Log page for further clarification.

Orders

In this tab, you can select and push orders from WooCommerce to QuickBooks Online. Choose the Filter option to search for a specific customer or date range, and use the dropdown on the top right to display 20 or more entries per page.

It is important to note that before pushing orders, you should check and verify ALL of the mappings in your Map tab to ensure they are correct.

Once you've selected the orders you wish to push over, scroll to the top and click Push Selected Orders. A status window will pop up where you can track the push progress. If you encounter any errors, be sure to check the Log page for further clarification.

When pushing orders over, an invoice will be created in QuickBooks Online (or a sales receipt, if this is selected in Settings). If you do not have a Sales Receipt selected as the Order Syncing method in Settings, you must also push over Payments after pushing over orders.

Products/Variations

In this tab, you can select and push products and variations from WooCommerce to QuickBooks Online. Choose the Filter option to search for a specific product, and use the dropdown on the top right to display 20 or more entries per page.

It is important to note that before pushing products, you should verify that the Default Product Accounts are correct in Settings.

Once you've selected the products you wish to push over, scroll to the top and click Push Selected Products. A status window will pop up where you can track the push progress. If you encounter any errors, be sure to check the Log page for further clarification.

Products and variations with Manage Stock enabled in WooCommerce will be created in QuickBooks Online as Inventory Products - all others will be created in QuickBooks Online as non-inventory products.

Payments

This section will not show if Sales Receipt is chosen to sync WooCommerce Orders as in Settings, as a sales receipt will be creating by pushing an Order over.

In this tab, you can select and push payments from WooCommerce to QuickBooks Online. Choose the Filter option to search for a specific customer or date range, and use the dropdown on the top right to display 20 or more entries per page.

It is important to note that before pushing payments, you should check and verify the mappings in Map > Payment Methods are correct.

Once you've selected the payments you wish to push over, scroll to the top and click Push Selected Payments. A status window will pop up where you can track the push progress. If you encounter any errors, be sure to check the Log page for further clarification.

When pushing payments over, the related order invoice must already exist in QuickBooks Online, or it will error out. Push the invoices over first by going to Push > Orders.

Inventory Levels

In this tab, you can select and push inventory levels for products and variations that are mapped - from WooCommerce to QuickBooks Online. Choose the Filter option to search for a specific product, and use the dropdown on the top right to display 20 or more entries per page.

Before you can push Inventory Levels to QuickBooks, you must ensure you have mapped your products in MyWorks Sync > Map > Products

Once you've selected the inventory levels you wish to push over, scroll to the top and click Push Selected Inventory Levels. A status window will pop up where you can track the push progress. If you encounter any errors, be sure to check the Log page for further clarification.

Only WooCommerce products/variations that have Manage Stock enabled in WooCommerce and are mapped in MyWorks Sync > Map will be able to sync inventory from WooCommerce to QuickBooks Online.
