The pages in MyWorks Sync > Pull allow you to pull data from QuickBooks Online into WooCommerce manually. Normal use for these pages is to pull over historical data that existed before our sync (or your WooCommerce store) was installed or to pull over data that encountered an error when attempting to previously to WooCommerce.

To automatically sync product and inventory level changes from QuickBooks > WooCommerce, enable these switches in MyWorks Sync > Settings > Automatic Sync.

Inventory Pull

This page allows you to manually pull in updated inventory values from QuickBooks Online to WooCommerce if they have been updated in QuickBooks Online and need to be updated in WooCommerce.

Be sure you have all of your products mapped in Map > Products before pulling in inventory, as this is how our sync matches products to update inventory to. If a product is not mapped, it will not have its inventory updated.

Choose the Filter option to search for a specific product, and use the dropdown on the top right to display 20 or more entries per page.

Once you’ve selected the inventory you wish to pull in, scroll to the bottom and click Pull Selected Inventories. A status window will pop up where you can track the pull progress. If you encounter any errors, be sure to check the Log page for further clarification.

Product Pull

This page allows you to manually pull in new or updated products from QuickBooks Online to WooCommerce. Normal usage of this would be if you've created products in QuickBooks Online, but they don't exist yet in WooCommerce.

Before you pull in products, visit MyWorks Sync > Settings > Pull and select the correct Description field in WooCommerce, and the desired product status - that you'd like the product to take on when it's pulled into WooCommerce.

Pulling a product updates the name, description, SKU and price in WooCommerce.

Products that are set as Inventory products in QuickBooks Online will be created as products with Manage Stock enabled in WooCommerce.

Choose the Filter option to search for a specific product, and use the dropdown on the top right to display 20 or more entries per page.

Once you’ve selected the product (s) you wish to pull in, scroll to the bottom and click Pull Selected Products. A status window will pop up where you can track the pull progress. If you encounter any errors, be sure to check the Log page for further clarification.
