Are you seeing this error when syncing orders into QuickBooks Desktop using MyWorks Sync?

Error Number:3060

Error: There was an error when converting the quantity "1" in the field "item quantity." QuickBooks error message: You cannot set the quantity for items of this type.

This error usually occurs when the WooCommerce order contains a coupon/discount and the Default Discount Product is incorrectly set in MyWorks Sync > Settings.

Troubleshooting Steps

• Check your Default Discount Product in MyWorks Sync > Settings > Default. The setting should be set to a Non-Inventory or Other Charge type of item - not a Discount type. You can verify the type of item by checking your QuickBooks Item List.
• If the error remains when re-pushing the order over, check MyWorks Sync > Map > Coupons to make sure an individual coupon code mapping is not incorrectly overriding this setting.
