Stockroom keeps a synced copy of your Shopify catalog and a record of your daily sales, so the app stays fast and your reorder suggestions have something to work from. Everything is visible, re-runnable, and exportable - your data is never locked in.
Your product catalog
Stockroom mirrors your Shopify products, variants, costs, locations, and stock levels, and keeps them current automatically - changes in Shopify show up within seconds. In Settings, the Product catalog section shows the sync status and a Resync now button if anything ever looks out of date.
Your sales history
The Sales history section records daily units sold and refunded per product and location - the data behind reorder suggestions and sales-aware alerts. It updates nightly and keeps only daily totals: no order or customer details are stored. You can Rebuild now anytime, and if it is ever waiting on Shopify to approve order access, it starts on its own once that is granted.
Export anything to CSV
Wherever your data lives in Stockroom, you can take it with you:
Suppliers - Export CSV from the Suppliers page.
Stock settings (reorder points and levels) - Export CSV from the Products page.
Purchase order lines and Received lines with landed costs - from the Export menu on the Purchase orders page.
Every report - Export CSV from the Reports page.
Good to know
Background jobs always show their status and a way to retry - there are no silent syncs.
Importing suppliers and stock settings by CSV never wipes existing values on blank cells.
Uninstalling cleans up Stockroom's Shopify data, but your exportable history is yours - export what you need first.
