MyWorks supports syncing product price and/or cost values from QuickBooks Desktop to Shopify, any time these values are changed for a product in QuickBooks.

Syncing price, or cost, can be enabled individually in MyWorks Sync > Settings > Automatic Sync. We'll sync the price and/or cost for any products or variations that are mapped together in MyWorks Sync > Map.

Once Price and/or Cost have been enabled in MyWorks Sync > Settings > Automatic Sync, MyWorks will begin syncing these from QuickBooks to Shopify for any products that are mapped.

Tips

By default, MyWorks will check recently updated products in QuickBooks for price or cost changes to sync to Shopify. However, to force MyWorks to check all QuickBooks products, simply turn off the Price or Cost setting above; save; and then re-enable it. The next time a sync is run, MyWorks will check all QuickBooks products for changes.

If the price or cost of an item in QuickBooks is $0; MyWorks will not sync it to Shopify.
