This usually means you have not enabled payment syncing in MyWorks Sync's payment method mappings. New payment methods/gateways added to your WooCommerce store will be not be enabled in MyWorks Sync > Map > Payment Methods by default, so they'd simply need to be enabled as desired there.
- Visit MyWorks Sync > Map > Payment Methods and enable the "Enable Payment Syncing" switches for any desired active payment methods on this list. You need to also set the QuickBooks Payment Method and QuickBooks Account for any payment methods with syncing enabled.
