As part of the custom field mapping support in MyWorks Sync, we also support syncing an image or file to become an attachment to the Invoice, Sales Receipt, or Estimate synced to QuickBooks from a WooCommerce order.
Supported file types: PNG, JPG, PDF, CSV, DOC, DOCX, TXT
All that's necessary to accomplish this is to ensure a custom meta field is present in the WooCommerce order, containing a URL / direct link to the desired file or image.
Once present, our support team can assist with adding this custom field mapping in MyWorks to sync to an attachment in the QuickBooks order, which would appear like the below example.
