How to review recent sync activity in the MyWorks Log

See recent sync activity and troubleshoot errors in the MyWorks Sync > Log menu.

Whenever MyWorks syncs any data with your Shopify store, we'll log an activity of this in the MyWorks Sync > Log page: whether it's a successful sync, or if an error occurred.

If an error occurred, we'll show it in red, along with more information around why this happened and what caused it, so it can be resolved. Have questions about an issue? Our support team is always happy to help!
