What happens when I reach my limit?

All MyWorks Sync plans except for our Soar plan contain a maximum number of orders that can be synced in a certain month (the 1st through the last day of the month). If you reach this monthly order sync limit before the end of the month, MyWorks will not automatically change your plan. Syncing will be paused, and you'll be notified in our app on your store.

Changing plans to continue syncing

You can change your plan anytime, and syncing will resume immediately.

Shopify: Visit the Plans menu in the MyWorks Sync app in your Shopify store, and choose the plan you'd like, then confirm.

WooCommerce:

  1. Click the "change plan" button and choose your preferred plan and billing cycle.

While MyWorks Sync in your WooCommerce admin will usually reflect immediately that your plan has been upgraded, you can confirm this by visiting MyWorks Sync > Connection > Refresh License.
