Setting Invoice and Due Date fields in Xero Invoices

Tips on customizing invoice and due dates in invoices synced to Xero.

Updated over 2 months ago

When MyWorks syncs an order from WooCommerce into Xero as an Invoice, both the issue date and the due date of the invoice in Xero will match the WooCommerce order date, by default.

However, it can be helpful to customize the due date to a different date as well, for example, 30 days from now, if Xero is used to track upcoming due invoices.

This can be easily adjusted, on a per-WooCommerce-gateway level, in MyWorks Sync > Map > Payment Methods.
