MyWorks includes support to sync any “tips” in a Shopify order to a separate line item in the QuickBooks order, making it easy to track this separately in QuickBooks. These are most commonly seen in in-person orders on Shopify POS, where the customer can choose to leave a tip when paying.
This can be easily enabled in the Tips section in MyWorks Sync > Settings > Order!
