Is your Web Connector showing the below message when trying to execute MyWorks Sync?
Error:
QBWC1039: There was a problem adding the application. Unique OwnerID/FileID pair value required
Cause:
The error message from QuickBooks means that the QWC file you're attempting to add to the QuickBooks Web Connector has already been used to add MyWorks to your QuickBooks company. These QWC files are one-time use files, and can only be used once to add MyWorks to the Web Connector, per file.
Resolution:
- In MyWorks Sync > Connection in our sync on your site, simply click the Generate QWC File button. This will generate a new, fresh QWC file, which can be used to add MyWorks to your QuickBooks Web Connector.
